Leaders have to develop their time management skills. We will have discussions around the techniques of Stephen Covey, and bring in a speaker now and then from well respected companies such as Dale Carnegie or a Covey Implementor.

Members improve their company culture and enhance customer loyalty utilizing our techniques in communication skills, successful recruiting, conflict resolution, employee management, & people influence.

Every year one “Bullseye Leadership Award” is awarded to an outstanding participant. The winner of the Bullseye Leadership Award hosts and facilitates the Fall meeting, assisted by Bill Chionio, further developing their leadership skills.
