About BOI’s Senior Leaders

Our BOI Senior Leaders Alliance is made up of the top men and women from companies already involved in our BOI Manufacturing and Pharmacy 360 Alliances. These are the Plant Managers and top leaders from the company – not necessarily the owners, but the folks who are the “boots on the ground,” seeing that the day-to-day work is done efficiently and correctly, always looking for ways to improve the company.

JOIN SENIOR LEADERS ALLIANCE

Meetings are spent discussing what is most important to its members.

This group focuses primarily on people skills and leadership strategies, although there is also lots of time for open discussion and member presentations. Each organization is allowed to send two Managers to the meeting for the price of one.

Our facilitator is Troy LaCrone, assisted by David Chionio.
