About BOI’s Pharmacy 360 Alliance

The BOI Pharmacy 360 Alliance was formed in 2008 and is comprised of independent pharmacy owners with multi-store locations across the United states. Members are non-competing and are therefore able to share in a confidential and open environment. When you come into the meeting room, you’ll find friendly faces and people who have extensive knowledge and experience in their field. These are people who want to learn and are excited to be at the table with other lifelong learners.

Members connect and share their best business ideas for the purpose of giving and receiving actionable ways to improve their companies. During our Pharmacy 360 meetings, members share and discuss all things relevant to the operation and ownership of their pharmacies, including:

  • Annual financials

  • Employee bonus and recognition plans

  • Current legislation updates

  • Marketing tactics

  • New and innovative front-end arrangements

  • Top ways we are making money and top challenges in the industry
